Adult art classes

Acceptance
  • All agreements and issues relating to the teaching of the classes by Jaclyn Stuart Art to the student are subject to the terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be deemed to be accepted by the  student once the enrolment form has been signed and confirmation of payment of fees had been received by Jaclyn Stuart Art.
  • Jaclyn Stuart Art may cancel this contract at any time before the student commences a course. Jaclyn Stuart Art shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation but will refund fees paid for the remaining term.
Confidentiality
  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions, student agrees not to share any aspects of Jaclyn Stuart Art programme with a third party who may be involved in a business that operates in the same market as Jaclyn Stuart Art.

  • The student warrants that the information given on the enrolment form is accurate and up to date in all respects at the point of enrolling. Any changes will be sent by the student to Jaclyn Stuart Art immediately.

  • Jaclyn Stuart Art will have the sole right to exclude the student either permanently or for such a period as Jaclyn Stuart Art shall determine if deemed necessary for the safety and well being of other students.

Limitation of Liability
  • The student agrees that any claim made against Jaclyn Stuart Art will be made in writing within 30 days of the incident taking place and failure to report in writing within this time will negate any such claim.
  • Jaclyn Stuart Art accepts no responsibility for loss or damage or expense incurred by a student or arising directly or indirectly connected with attending a course.
Fees ,payment and cancelation
  • The student shall pay fees in full for the course to Jaclyn Stuart Art 2 weeks prior to the student commencing a course.
  • If full payment is not received in this time period then your space will be given to someone else.
  • If you cancel your space after payment is received and 3 days before the commencement of the class you will receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher which can be spent at any Jaclyn Stuart Art classes.
  • If you cancel once the course has started or 3 days before the start of the course then there will be no refund of fees.
  • Fees will not be refunded if a student misses a class.

Afterschool Art Classes

Acceptance

  • Jaclyn Stuart Art may cancel this contract at any time before the student commences a term. Jaclyn Stuart Art shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation but will refund fees paid for the remaining term.

  • A free lesson is granted to a new student who has never attended any classes related to Jaclyn Stuart Art
  • Payments are transferable and may be given to someone else at any time providing the class teacher is informed in advance.

Children's Party Terms and Conditions 

Acceptance
  • All agreements and issues relating to hosting a Jaclyn Stuart Art Party are subject to the terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be deemed to be accepted by the parent/guardian once an agreement form has been signed and a non refundable deposit of £50 has been received by Jaclyn Stuart Art.
  • Circumstances may occur where Jaclyn Stuart Art may cancel the agreement before the Art Party commences. Jaclyn Stuart Art shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such a cancellation but will refund the payment in full. In this circumstance, you can have the party rescheduled at a discounted price.
 
Payment
  • The parent/guardian shall pay a £50 deposit to secure the date and time for the party. The deposit is non refundable.
  • The rest of the payment can be made before or on the day of the party.
  • Cheques are payable to Jaclyn Stuart.
  • A minimum payment for 10 children per party. You can of course have less children but the host is responsible for the full minimum payment.
Cancelling a Party
  • If you need to cancel the Art Party for any reason then you will loose the deposit. The party can be rescheduled to another free date and time.
  • Circumstances may occur where Jaclyn Stuart Art may cancel the agreement before the Art Party commences. Jaclyn Stuart Art shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such a cancellation but will refund the payment in full. Party Information
  • Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 1 week before the day of the party.
  • Jaclyn Stuart Art  has a fully enhanced disclosure and is fully insured.

  • The parent/guardian warrants that the information given on the agreement form is accurate and up to date in all respects at the point of paying the deposit. Any changes will be sent by the parent/guardian to Jaclyn Stuart Art immediately.
  • It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform Jaclyn Stuart Art of any medical conditions at the point of signing the agreement form. This includes behavioural disorders and any known allergies.
  • Jaclyn Stuart Art will have the sole right to exclude a child from the activity for such a period as Jaclyn Stuart Art shall determine if deemed necessary for the safety and well being of other children.

Ladies Nights terms and conditions 
 
Acceptance
  • All agreements and issues relating to hosting a Jaclyn Stuart Art Ladies Night are subject to the terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be deemed to be accepted by the host once an agreement form has been signed and a deposit of £50 has been received by Jaclyn Stuart Art.
  • Jaclyn Stuart Art may cancel this agreement at any time before the Ladies night commences. Jaclyn Stuart Art shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such a cancellation but will refund the payment.

Payment
  • The host shall pay a £50 deposit to secure the date and time for the event. The deposit is non refundable.
  • The rest of the payment can be made before or on the day of the event.
  • Cheques are payable to Jaclyn Stuart.
  • A minimum payment for 10 people per event. You can of course have less people but the host will be charged the full amount for the price of 10 people. It is up to the host to pay the total amount themselves or perhaps decide if they want to split the payment between the guests.

Cancelling a Ladies Night
  • If you need to cancel a Ladies Night for any reason then you will lose the deposit. The event can be rescheduled to another free date and time.
  • Likewise if Jaclyn Stuart Art needs to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund and the event can be rescheduled.
Event  Information
  • The art activity will last between 2 - 3 hours.

 Private Lessons terms and conditions 

Acceptance
  • All agreements and issues relating to private lessons are subject to the terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be deemed to be accepted by the parent/guardian/adult once an agreement form has been signed.
  • Jaclyn Stuart Art may cancel this agreement at any time. Jaclyn Stuart Art shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such a cancellation but will refund the payment.

Payment
  • The parent/guardian/adult shall pay in full a week before the lesson commences. You can block book more than one lesson.
  • Cheques are payable to Jaclyn Stuart.
Cancelling a Lesson
  • Regular lessons   7 days notice is required to cancel .
  • Casual bookings 24 hours notice is required to cancel
  • Failure to comply with the cancelation policy will result in full charge being incurred.
  • If you need to cancel a lesson ,the lesson can be rescheduled to another free date and time
  • Likewise if Jaclyn Stuart Art needs to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund and the lesson will be rescheduled.
Lesson Information
  • The lesson will be tailored to you/or your child's specific needs and desires.
  • The lesson will last 1 hour.
  • I have a fully enhanced disclosure and am fully insured.
  • the lesson will take place at your home or other desired location
  • I  travel in and around the St Andrews area, including Dairsie, Balmullo, Guardbridge, Leuchars.If you live further then I may travel to your area but an extra charge for travel expenses will occur.
